Yes, loads can be accommodated in the loft, but you would need to seek professional advice on strengthening the floor and possibly the area below.

A snooker table is very heavy and will place huge stress on the floor but with the right strengthening it can be accommodated.

This is not the type of project to be tackled by the average DIYer though we do offer a design service to cover this type of work.
