Hello Nick,

Seems a little unfair.

All planners follow different rules and can change things according to areas and environments.

I can see that you are overlooked but the planner will not grant you a balcony on the grounds that you may then overlook others.

You would be better off just arranging an appointment with someone in the planning department he/she will also be able to tell you what changes you can make to get an approval and if a whole new application will be required.
